Products are covered against defects or damage upon arrival.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Claims for items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence.

Resolution
Depending on the issue, resolution may include replacement, refund, or other reasonable remedies.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications.
